I was also left without furniture and money. I ordered garden furniture with delivery, I immediately received an e-mail, the kind lady asked to confirm the order and make an advance payment, promising the product in a week. Unaware that I am on the hook for well-organized thieves, I pay the entire amount. And then everything, no memories, no news. Needless to say, after a week they did not seem to know, I called myself, promised another week. The store has a well-designed scheme for answering calls or e-mail, or not answering at all if necessary. They know they will go unpunished because the police are probably no longer involved in fraud.
