Is this an honest company?

Maybe someone can share the information. I received a letter from Julianus Inkasso about a very old telephone bill (7 years old). Some experience with this company because I found a lot of complaints and I don't want anyone to try to cheat on me. Maybe someone can suggest that the claim can be disputed, because Tele2 gave me a pay-per-view phone when I was just 18 years old and didn't even ask if I would pay the bills and whether I worked at all. So I blame it, as it always gave. I do not know. Please share :)
