Doctors and nurse
Dermataloga L. Matuzele, nurse. It is difficult to comprehend how such medical assistants (nurse) and Dr. Matuzele work in medicine. I conclude with horror that medicine is a business, not a call to help people. A few days ago (5. 01. 2017) my child had a health problem, I went to the doctor for a consultation. The doctor was late, I went to the nurse, please advise what to do? The nurse explained that she needed a referral from a family doctor, because without it she would not be accepted and she would have to register in line. I explained that I do not understand or can wait with a problem because I do not know the causes of the rash. She looked at the child and said that nothing terrible but to get a referral and I came to the doctor on Thursday. No appointment, taking the child at a freer moment. When I came out of the office nurse, I came and gave the assignment and said that we would wait as long as we needed. What got me surprised by the full view and the question why? Again I told the beginning and what we talked about last time. Of course they had forgotten everything (of course a lot of patients understand), but this time they said that people like us wandered here every day. And stated that will not accept order by going and signing up at the reception. I hope that this will not cause any health problems for my child and that we are not carrying anyone, because until now I am looking for a doctor who will accept us and examine and give instructions what it is. The only thing I would like is for such ladies not to work but go on well-deserved rest, because sense of them is small and takes up only space. Let work young.
