Fraud

I apply for a loan at bino.com, when I fill in an application for 500 dollars, the loan calculator shows If the amount to be returned, which satisfied me when the application was approved, showed me that the money will be credited to my account within 14 days, if I want to receive it immediately, then I will be s have to pay another 45 dollars to attend the commission. Of course I cancel the application because in my opinion it is more of a scam.
