Please be careful when doing business with this company. In April 2018. My family called to push back a delivery in agreement. Only to recieve a delivery anyway and forced to pay total amount $743.00. Scandalous, Unwilling to resolve issues that they created, very unprofessional and definitely lies . Beware!
I have been a customer of Carroll Fuel for four years. I am on automatic delivery. With the recent cold spell last month, I guess they miscalculated my usage and I ran out. They sent a technician who added 20 gallons and primed the system. He was here probably an hour….
I am on automatic refill. They raised my bill by $1 dollar per gallon over any competitor price. When I called to see if why and if they can adjust it, they offered 70 cents over competitor price. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said they will be in at 7 am….
