I entered a card I wanted to receive money for and never received the payment in my paypal.
My card, asked for for verification and identification purposes was declined because it is a prepaid card. This information was not available for me prior to setting up my account. Apparently, your company is a scam, because this information/cards ARE sufficient for the IRS when filing a tax return! So… Time to report you to the Better...
