You screwed up my reservations- made one, had 3 then tried to charge me a cancellation fee- calling and posting on facebook

tried to make one reservation, never went thru then re booked- however, the next morning I had 3 reservation with different pick ups and $117 each for a cancellation feenever

Human error accidentally hit confirm

Completed all the way to confirm, opened a new tab to find flights. Hit confirm on rental car tab instead of confirm on airline ticket. Wrong airport was on
