Unreasonable penalty.
Hello! I don't make millions and my budget is planned, if you pay the said amount, you could not bring it to the end of the month or in the most direct way then go to work "under the green"! Needless to say, RS also tells me that if I do not do it within a month from the date of the sentence, the case will be recovered and the process will become even more complicated. But I don't have that money! What about me? Are you still? How can you generally file a credit for unjustified penalties and how can a credit for such a penalty!?
