I am complaining about the unfriendly and friendly attitude of the staff and also about the computer room where these computers are not fully installed for full use. So the second time in this cabin, at two separate computers. I don't know, of course, it's possible that everything is fine with the rest of the equipment!? So it so happened that these two times I had to do a couple of transactions and correspondence and this salon was in a convenient location along the way. Of course, it is not the case that it could not be done at home or elsewhere, but still, not very kindly. The fact that the use of a computer + Internet costs 1. 35 Euro per hour is a bit shocking. These computers don't even have longitudinal markers installed, still, if I'm not mistaken in Windows XP, and it's not,that in order to use longitudes it is necessary to buy Tilde's office or other software. It is possible to do it in a few minutes, free of charge, which of course requires a computer administrator password, because usually a limited user can not install anything. When I asked a woman who was working there at the time to help with this issue, I was told that she did not know who and how and that she did not know the password and went to serve other customers.
