Doctor's attitude
There was an appointment with an ophthalmologist - Andrei Pimenov, who is too rude. The appointment was at 15. 00, due to congestion I was at the polyclinic at 15. 15. The doctor looked at me and told me he would not accept and asked me to sign up for another date. Ok, that's what we do, the appointment at 14. 40, arrived on time, but the doctor only accepted 14. 55. Why do I have to wait?
