Didn,t return deposit at closing on purchase of 2 autos

in june of 2011 we purchased 2 autos from capital honda in michigan at the closing cash purchase dealer capital hondal didn't include $500.00 credit on final cost for each vehicle. first call they credited my credit card. 2nd call to get other $500.00.
