Low quality product, poor service
The son (11 years old) collected money for a new phone for a long time, finally we bought him this manure. Already in the second week, when the phone was in his pocket, the glass broke, but the phone was still usable. After a few days, the screen went blank and the phone was no longer usable. I called their service center. ), the only one in Canada, said that leading to them would fix it. Arriving at their center, Sunrise Street 40 looked at me like an idiot, "You want to repair this" - I asked. Phone bought less than a month ago and I have to throw it away? Said well if you want to repair then come in two weeks. Two weeks later, with the same attitude, I was accepted and warned that the repairs would cost 70 dollars. Two weeks later, I received this phone repaired, I immediately bought a silicone case and a glass protective film. The screen still broke after a few weeks, but it's still working. I'm not talking about the son restarting their phone several times a day because it hangs or slows down or a feature doesn't turn on or off by itself.
