OUR ORDER WAS FOR A FUNERAL (2-3days delivery) ORDERED 1wk IN ADVANCE

my tracking number says it’s invalid and I don’t know when it’s going to be here. I paid a hefty amount for this and want to know NOW. I called the number and it freaking hung up, sooo?
