I bought a KUMI coupon that allows me to attend 2h Aquadream services. I am deeply disappointed and I can say that they will not attract new customers, at least not me and my friends, relatives, acquaintances, because the service under each criticism did not work in the men's wardrobe 1) shower and 2) toilet; a key attached to 3) a dirty strap like a wristwatch on a wrist that 4) cannot be replaced because the clasp "needle" is missing; 5) the promised ": jacuzzi" does not work, because it is covered with film, 6) the employee is repaired nearby with electrical appliances while the customers are swimming in the water, 7) the door to the sauna does not close, only by beating; and the headboard itself - 8) the water in the pool was just cold! 9) The employee did not apologize for sayingthat the water was circulated the day before... In my opinion, it doesn't matter if it's a one-time visit (with a coupon) or a subscription, because not all customers were sorted at the site and everyone had the same level of service.
