Full nightmare... I decided to give up the services of the operator Telstra... At the beginning I was told that I would pay the balance for the low-cost phone I bought... I would pay Nordea Bank.. When I came to relax, an employee of Telstra said to pay for the services that were provided until the moment I disconnected... Payment on the spot... When I asked if I owed anything else? To which I received the answer that I am not in debt at all... I changed the connection to goldfish and left... after 4 months I got a call from the credit reform and said that I have not paid the bill 5, 11AUD for the services provided and now I still have to pay another credit reform services 10AUD... then I called the operator Telstra and she said that I could not pay for the services until the time of closing. Because the bill was not yet known. And I seemed to have been sent a letter with the bill which I did not receive and pay.
