03/06/2020 In the store Furniture24. Neila Astras Street 7a, Brisbane. We wanted to buy a corner sofa. He had a discount and the seller said that for the discount to take effect we needed to immediately pay 30% of the amount. That is what we did. The full price of the sofa is 1559 € was paid 765 €. The seller said it will take a maximum of 3 months to wait. I reconciled because we were promised such a deadline in all stores. After 3 months the living room is empty and we were still waiting. We called. The terrible, broken Australian woman was unable to answer the questions. The only clear way to say was, "Wait, next week will be!" Of course, next week is coming and there isn't. I took the time to call and, of course, I can't say a specific time. 10/9/2020 We don't have a sofa and there is no news, although the contract isthat the company must provide the consumer with written information about any problems and agree on a delivery time.
