Poor quality and pictures without human heads

Very low quality pictures, pictures were sent very Beautiful and well understood. Instead, we just got blurry, close-up pictures and a half-cut face. Was it so difficult for people "employees" to look at and adjust how the picture is taken, half of the pictures are just thrown in the trash.
