Poor Service

A computer was ordered from the website, the computer was turned on in the store (which I didn't want), and the one that was turned off was put back in the box. at home I found that the computer had a significant defect. After a week I brought the computer to the store, the employee did not listen to me and changed the computer settings, I thought I was unaware, after the re-explanation the employee listened to me and found the defect himself, another computer was checked and he has the same defect. Of course, I want to exchange the computer for the same or another for the price, but the employee explained that if there is already another computer, then everyone will. As 14 days have not elapsed, a refusal with a refund was issued. The employee filed the papers, later revealedthat the employee, however, recorded inaccurate information about what the defect really is. The employee explained that the computer will be sent to the service and they will decide within 2 weeks whether the defect really exists and whether I have not caused it myself. Very misleading 14 day product refusal. It's been a week since I'm waiting for a message from the store when I get my money back. This is a very poor service in my opinion, there was no problem shopping in your store before. I very much hope that this issue will be resolved in a timely manner and I will be happy to purchase a 100% Good Computer.
