Fraud, poor service
Review from client side: Hello, We made an order for a respectable price good and received bill. (Through ss.ca they were selling good and after orders they didn't have on place good). We received a bill and no good on place. The answer from the responsible person about sales "sales representative (Artis Karklins)" was quite rude and no apologies- they added that the document which we received through e-mail was not a bill. In the same time on the document was written "bill- Invoice"... Wish: Be more open to constrictive feedback and make an effort to your customer service work!
