Poor service

Hello... We bought a baby bed furniture1.org 1 time package in which the supplier was damaged (their motto 365 days money return) if the packaging is not damaged... but well the child needs a bed... not a story about it... The supplier emphasized that one package... ok... it turned out that the ingredients are missing... I called.. there one was very kind... but then gave tel. Colleague... unprofessional attitude (burly)... I didn't know that it takes 30 minutes to call the warehouse... I work in a much larger network myself... and I know... that everything needs to be solved quickly! Attitude is disgusting... let's wait for the show... said that resolving!.. so beware of this office... and the instruction in the official language... you can forget...
