Lying to customers

I've encountered an unpleasant situation. 3/13/2020 I will buy a gift for one person and immediately on the same date I will pay for the product. Promised that my product will be delivered by 18.03.2020. On that day I contacted the store and promised me that 19.03.2020. the product will be delivered. Today I call and ask where my product is and they do not know because the courier has been handed over and does not understand why my product was delayed. WHAT IS THE ATTITUDE?
