Over the past 2 weeks I purchased 9 packs of camel jade silvers and 3 of those packs had damaged cigarettes that were not smokable. They had holes all through the cigarettes and the end of the filters.
You’re damn packs all look the same and being sick at home had to send someone to get them gave then the pack to show the cashier and still ended up with your reg to menthol vrs menthol to menthol because the packs are practically the same this has happened more then once and it’s so frutrating

I have been a long time smoker of camel cigarettes l, and this has happened abiut 3 different times in the last 2-3 months, but this is aggravated me enough to contact you . A pack of Camel Crush Menthol, the quality of packs and actually Individual cigarettes are deformed ( I do have a few pics)
