Indecent Treatment
I recently encountered a rather unpleasant treatment at the reception of this clinic. When I went to pay for dental services, the receptionist asked me "were you signed up?". You know what - I'm not wearing any "you"! Jopchic, or really she has not learned elementary courtesy. Unfortunately, she could not explain it to me because my jaw was stiff from anesthesia and I could not talk. Because if you read this, the stupid registrant then remembers - strangers have to be addressed to "you" not "you"!
