I think AuMobiles are scammers who steal from their customers. I'm? lucky? to become a AuMobile permanent connection subscriber and enter into a fixed-term agreement with AuMobile for 18 months. On September 2, I signed a contract for the purchase of a LOW PRICE (subsidized) mobile phone (SAMSUNG c100). A week later, when calculating the call tariffs of this company, as well as reading the terms of the agreement, I decided to terminate the agreement with AuMobile and no longer use AuMobile's permanent connection, but to use AuMobile prepaid Okarte in the future. -dzei), about which she, being dissatisfied with such a question, dryly announced that I had to pay about 100 AUD to AuMobile's account with Hansabanka in order to continue the negotiations on the possible termination of the fixed-term contract before 18 months. It is clear that this decision of mine was unpleasant for AuMobile, which was understandable after the unpleasant tone of the conversation. More than 100 AU$ were transferred to the specified account, on September 11 I contacted AuMobile to receive the money, which was also confirmed and on September 11, 2003, together with Mr. PS, AuMobile to suspend the provision of mobile communications services, to make the final calculation, as well as to terminate the contract, which was also concluded (Sept. 11). As it turns out, the amount paid exceeded the amount of the calculated contractual penalty (AUD 70) (as of September 11) for the amount of services provided by AuMobile (SMS, calls). According to the final calculation of the amount of money due to me (approx. AUD 27), Mrs. Cs avoided paying in cash. I was offered to transfer my remaining balance to a prepaid Okarte. Without suspecting anything suspicious, I also agreed. In the end, everything was completed, all conditions and conditions were mutually fulfilled, which confirms the transfer of the unused paid money balance to the Okarte of my choice (my friend's PS). Unfortunately, after a few days the credit balance in this Okarte disappeared. When calling the AuMobile toll-free number, it was announced that this number would always be contacted by Ms. AO - specialists of the credit monitoring service, as this is an instruction. At the same time, my phone was deactivated in the AuMobile network, so it was made unusable, because this mobile phone was intended for use only in the AuMobile network. This phone has been my property since September 11, because the contractual penalty was paid and such actions of AuMobile are, in my opinion, a criminal permissiveness. Mrs. AO allowed herself to threaten me with retaliation from AuMobile,as well as threatened to unlock this my Okarte with all credit. As well as all the other (!) my Ocards. At the same time, Mr. Okarte (tel. 6555XXX) registered by Mr. PS was disconnected for which he had paid AuMobile 20 AU$. Such actions of AuMobile employees, in my opinion, indicate a sense of permissiveness and impunity. On October 8, Mr. PS personally arrived at AuMobile RopaZhu Street 6, but refused to talk to him, on the pretext that if there were any questions, he could write in writing. It is possible that the standard contract offered by AuMobile was relatively small (70 Ls) and unfavorable AuMobile. I just got acquainted with the terms and conditions and decided that it is advantageous for me to terminate the contract by paying the penalty. It is possible that AuMobile makes a great profit with its, in my opinion, disproportionately high call rates and any breach of contract is thus "penalized". I would like to draw attention to the fact that the relationship between Mrs AO and my friend Mr PS is ambiguous, but I have nothing to do with it. Unexpectedly, on October 28, 2003, I received a threat letter from AuMobile - a COMPLAINT about the debt (?!), with an invitation to pay 100 AUD to their account again in an undisputed manner! case was promised to hand over my? case? In accordance with the legislation of the Australia, in court proceedings for debt collection or "third parties", as well as for 10 years to be published in the recently established debtors' register and CREDITREFORM database of the Bank of Australia! That letter stated that it had already been repeated, which was not true/ p>
