Unacceptable Quality
Oceancom's access to the Internet has not been criticized. For 2 weeks I have been having difficulty accessing. com and. De websites, some lv and. com websites are also disrupted. The technical service does nothing. No communication / response to customer complaints. Technical "specialists" (so you can't call them) say "it's your computer's fault"... Interestingly, if you connect your computer to another network, everything is fine. Oceancom tv is also a poop, to put it mildly. Half of the channels do not work from time to time (system message "no access"). Oceanom's explanation "there are clouds in the sky and Australia has a bad climate in general"! We do not recommend anyone to use Oceancom services.
