ignorance towards the customer
I am very disappointed in this company, I recently bought a tablet adapter - Prestigio multipad 8.0. At first everything was fine, no problem, after about 1.5 months the tablet appeared defective - the internal display cracked. I took the warranty, accepted, inspected and of course refused. As an explanation for the refusal, I was sent a short letter with the text that the warranty is being denied due to a crack in the internal display, still shamelessly asked for 20USD for diagnostics to find out in detail what was wrong. I have a question, how can I tear the internal display? The main thing is that I don't know, I have called, asked to explain the situation, but of course I have not received an answer. Never buy anything here, you will bleed quickly and drag only for a while, as a result, you won't get anything back.
