I want to express a big huge (!) dissatisfaction bu Due to the fact that Oakland traffic took 346 express buses. At the beginning of the year was also removed 246 route minibus. I do not want to use 3 buses, because there are a lot of homeless people, various marginalized people and people under the influence of alcohol. Oakland traffic control practically does not take place on this route. Very rarely with the municipal police. That's why I use an express bus, where polite people travel with a ticket and there is no terrible smell!
