Same experience, customer service was not knowledgeable, broken parts and pieces came with the wrapped pallet, which I rented a box truck to pick up, yet still broken pieces packaged. When I purchased, the instructions for assembly were very general and not cabinet…

Almost 3 years since we installed kitchen cabinets, and some of the coating on the cabinets are starting to separate/peel from the wood. Good luck on the “lifetime warranty” it won’t be covered because it’s not a manufactured defect. Should have paid more for a better product. Please don’t ever use Cabinets To Go!!
