Inhuman treatment and nasty rules
Each of us has experienced something negative on public transport, but the events of the Cincinatti-Oakland train generally took me off the rails. Starting with both, the question - Why can't debris be laminated? What would change if I bought for my money in vain and wanted to keep it in good sight for longer than possible? Not to mention the conductors that were rudely cut off from the boy in front of me (with this ticket stamped in), that is how it should be. Turning out to someone with a good heart who wanted to pay in the boy's place because he didn't have enough money for the ticket, the person who obviously despised his work, categorically forbade it and loudly, even humiliatedly emphasized it. Be training great. The boy had previously offered a laminated round to remove or the ticket would be valid. The conductor just laughed and even cut off - trying. Afterwards, the boy had found that the laminate layer would not come off the entire surface of the ticket, but the contempt on the part of the conductor only increased. In my opinion, it is not acceptable for loud and repulsive remarks to be made on the train after all. Looks like real PV isn't working. I don't know what offended this lady so much, but they shouldn't be employees like that.
