13. 01. 2016. was called to Melbourne house transmission tel. 8900 and declared roof removal from icicles and frozen snow. The call was repeated on 14 and 15. 01. 2016. The dispatcher promised that the icicles would be cleaned on 15. 01. 2016. and the roof will be completely cleaned on 18. 01. 2016. 1/15/2016 the staff did not come to clean the icicles either. Today (18. 01. 2016) in the morning by contacting by phone. The 8900 dispatcher replied that everything was in order and the deadlines were unknown. Turning from work, I found that water was flowing in my apartment along the window. Parquet has swelled from the running water, the windowsill, the window around the window is damaged and it is not possible to stop the flow of water. The dispatcher of the Melbourne House Board was called again and a reply was received,that tomorrow will try to find out when the staff will arrive to clean the roof.
