Delivery Quality
Mysteriously delivers a package. On a certain day, I see that there must be delivery, but nothing is delivered. During the tracking of the parcel, it later appeared that the courier had been at the door of the house, concluding that he was not entering through the door and everything was gone. Question - which normal person is already at home on a working day at 17:00? Why didn't the customer contact us for delivery details?
