poor service

Today, November 22, 2018, an electric train departing from Oakland at 17:55 ga-Tukums1 arrived at the station in Kemeri and the staff announced that the train would not run anymore. It is as if an accident happened at Milzkalne station. If the wagons have to be released, the train will go back to Cleveland. To the question - what to do for passengers? We do not receive an answer. You can drive back to Longsdale, you can wait for the next train, which will probably go to Tukums. Calls to the PV info phone also did not show the company's interest in resolving the situation, did not offer any alternative transport in the dark, very cold autumn evening. Just release the wagons. Note. that the next train took an hour and a half to reach its destination, however, I do not consider it a special achievement. As in the lottery - even if a train will reach the planned goal. We would like to emphasize PV's complete unpreparedness for unexpected situations and complete disinterest in delivering passengers who have entrusted the company to their final destination. And it happens in a tax-subsidized company.
