Terrible attitude!
The attitude of the workers there is very rude, incompetent and they look like inflated bubbles in general! Well, I understand that not everyone can and does not need to smile every day. But to really explain why I can't receive the shipment and what I have to do to receive it... it is, in my opinion, their responsibility! I was not sent a letter because the call contained only a name, no surname. Answer: "We can't issue" is hardly explanatory. The answers to my questions are kind, inexplicable and the views of the other employees are simply super condemning: D As if I were asking something superhuman! Anyway, thank you for being a nice lady who came out to the customer service hall and explained to me how to proceed : )
