Poor customer service

This institution has poor customer service. Poor conversational manners. A company that lives on interest on customer debt and does not allow customers to settle and pay off debt because it limits the ability to enter into mutual agreements instead of just threatening. Customer service specialists confuse the amounts to be paid. The customer is told one but then it turns out there is another amount to be repaid.
