Incompetent employees / Casco
During the first floods in July this year, they met to show their car, as a result of which the engine of the car has to be changed (Expert opinion - hydraulic sities). When submitting a casco application that is refused, because the insurance does not provide compensation if the car has made a profit. I am also receiving a reply that the contract states that the contract must be casco 09/1 annex, but not thatwhich I have attached to the contract (For private property insurance) and that I have signed, received and read the events, so they do not have any messages with me. as and if what, then with those terms I was able to get acquainted with the Internet before Abbyng the contract. This kind of attitude simply shocked me. I have always assumed that the draftsman is responsible for the content of the contract and for ensuring that the client is familiar with it. It seems that it is normal practice for an accountant to mislead his clients and submit to them incorrect parts of the contract.
