The package and customer service at the lowest level have disappeared made chaos. I tried to call them, never picked up the phone. Replies to chat messages and emails are overdue. And even then I haven't received anything more than "I'm sorry" - 1. 5 days have passed and my packet has disappeared. And there is no answer from them. Customer service at the lowest level. There were several other people taking the package with me - most of them were successfully removed, but there were also those whose shipment had disappeared. I do not recommend using them again until they solve their problems. There's nothing that takes up so much if you can't solve it.
