Loss of credit.
I have been convinced of Telstra's indifferent attitude towards customers and the constant loss of credit. In the past, I haven't followed up on credit, if it ended then just top up and rest at home. Recently, acquaintances told about the situation that the credit disappears from the phone. I thought and realized that for me, this credit also expires quite quickly, even though both zero tariff and free SMS are connected, and calls to other operators' numbers are made from another phone (connection). Yesterday I added about 1. 75 AU$! today I look at 0. 66 REMAIN, how? I didn't even call anyone - I just wrote a text message. A call to customer service and a young man named Vitalijs, tells me with extreme irony that I have connected to some kind of tariff plan DA? I have no idea what it is. But I have sent a text message: D: D: D When asked what it is, I was told that it is Data + text messages. Well ok closing my eyes to the fact that internet on the phone I don't need. I asked him. Where are those free SMS - to which he replied that I have unlocked them: D Herself, arbitrarily... Quite logical. I knew for a long timethat Vodafone is doing everything to make money from customers, but now I have not heard such marasma. That's why people love it - keep track of your credit balance.
