I turned to a nutritionist for the first time in my life. While reading the comments, I chose Health Center 4. However, it is known in the institution, not some corner office. I applied for a consultation and was offered Dr. Gunu Rijukri. I went with interest to find out how my metabolism works and get a specific balanced diet plan for one month considering my metabolism. I was even ready to pay them 40 dollars for compiling a diet just for me individually, but I was disappointed! At one point, I was suddenly offered to check my metabolism on a special device, but I was menstruating, during which the check is inaccurate (I had read about it on the VC4 website). I was not asked or warned about it before. When I was ready for the test, it was not checked whether the machine was charged to work. Nothing again!The diet was not prepared for me, but I was given a ready-made diet for 7 days, in which the products were combined according to the principles of blunt nutrition, not following my work schedule and not taking into account the economic side of purchasing products and cooking.
