I want to find out the status of my order

All I want is for someone to answer the phone, I want to know the status of my order. No one answers the phone, I may think your products are amazing but I haven’t gotten them and my order was placed 8 weeks ago. User’s recommendation: don’t place an order because you won’t get it.

I can not get communicate with customer service

I have emailed and called with no response concerning a order that I have not received in 5 weeks. The phone number always has a busy signal and there is no response to emails. I will take further action by contacting the bbb and social platforms. User’s recommendation: Do not do business with this company.

I mailed an order with check on 3/25/21 amt.$47.96 my check was cashed on 48 /21 and it is now May12, and I have not received my tomato plants and grass seed. Calling is useless, the line is always
