Terrible Service
Service-Nonsense Friday, Sept. 11, from about 6:40 p.m. We sit at the front table (sofas) on the wall from the entrance on the right. Seen from the window side, the second coupe after the date of issue of the counter. Both Bei had a new experience. The waiter began to speak foreign, and switched to American upon special invitation. Serving reminded a sleepy mansion, everything was forgotten, was not convened, but when summoned to say that he was with the dog did not bring disruption to the soy sauce, brought, but did not apologize. Then it's better. When we said we wanted dessert, he brought a dessert card, but then disappeared. When after 20 he managed to get his attention, let's help the bill. Someone there is no longer a dessert or faster away. Needless to say, he didn't even remember it was a dessert. The whole service was also inefficient and braked. In the past, though, the waiters were successful and careful, they stood in front, and even asked if everything was in order. Nothing like that our waiter did. By all means, it was obvious that the person was absolutely unsuitable for this job (not noticing the fairer's tag). And the waiter is not to blame, the culprit is the institution, which, it must be concluded, is so bad and the attitude towards the staff is so bad (staff turnover in Gian Bay is huge) that normally the hostess sleeps and the institution you have to hire any desperate foolish young man who is somehow moving and is. A reputable institution would not allow the existence of such a guest. We will not visit Asian Food anymore and our friends will not do the same. Result: At least 20 lost customers. Of course, nothing crazy on the general background, but it seems that the course down the hill Asian Food will not change, and then there will be more and more next 20.
