Very poor service and attitude towards customers. Today at 10. 20 in the morning the deposit money is transferred by the customer to Spice in order to be able to connect incoming calls (the monthly limit was exceeded). Said pec12 connection. But so far (9:45 p. m. ) there is no information. Why is this happening? When customers have an unpaid bill or credit limit is exceeded, it is immediately released.
