Promotion for new customers
Interesting things happen with Optus. New customers are offered a share - open-ended contract with a price starting from AUD 12. 98. But I have been for several years and for those years the prices just went up. What I now offer for AUD 12. 98, I pay 15. 85, even though I am a long-term customer. I called and asked if it was really just for new customers, said yes because I already have internet and TV, so at the old price. Pigs from Optus do so without offering discounts to long-term customers.
