Ordered a softjellbulletprooft sportjacket on 18 july. Got 1 e-mail from them that ill recive a ups track & trace code on 18 august. I called 10 times, answered there voicemail with ordernumber, name , phone nummer. No response its now 06 september still nothing. Only 1 standard e-mail. Bad service/bad communication.
Ordered two (jacket & coat) more than 18 months ago. Every few months I’ve asked for product I’ve previously paid for. He’s lied repeatedly about shipping dates. Now he’s not even responding. Mr Dallas Jolley is a thief.
Ordered two jackets back in 2017 from the kickstarter campaign. Cost me over $800. All I got were promises that it would be a few months longer due to production delays. Never saw them, never got my money back. I don’t care about why your service is bad, you’re supposed to, Jolley. Scammers, liars, and thieves.
