When I came here, I was even surprised at how many complaints there are about 110.shop! I'll start from the beginning! I bought a new and expensive phone before Christmas! From the very beginning, a small scratch appeared in the upper right corner, which completely and definitely did not affect the operation of the phone! At the end of May, when I came home in the evening, I made the phone charge, but.. No reactions - no charge! 6/3/2020 I contacted the CRPC and they recommended to submit a claim application in which to refuse the repair and request a new phone, considering that not even 6i months have passed since the purchase! That's what I did! Inga, a arrogant and noble man at the warranty service, announced that she should be sent away, although the CRPC informedthat I may not even present the phone for inspection! Well submitted! The answer had to be within ten days! On the ninth day - 12.06.2020. called to find out what's on the phone! There's nothing to know! 13.06.2020 - on the tenth day, when there must be an answer, no news! In the evening I called myself! Again, nothing is known! I said that by law, they have to give me an answer within ten days, but the girl at the other end comes up with the idea that their internal rules state that within thirty days! : D Of course, I contacted CRPC, where they were surprised by such an answer! 6/14/2020 I drove to them myself. The same "charming" employee proudly announced that the phone had been sent from Mexico, the warranty was denied, my fault! I explained to her that I definitely don't feel guilty, and I won't leave it that way! I asked who would give me back the way to go to them on the phone again, because I am not from Santa Ana, she just clapped her hands! Receiving a written answer by e-mail! I contacted CRPC, who fortunately actively follow what is happening, and I am happy to help me. We talked that I will write a complaint on June 20, 2020, if I do not receive an official decision from 110.shop! And.. it must be in the mail! 6/21/2020 I received an e-mail from 110.shop! Given this attitude, of course, I will go as far as I need to, because I will not be impatient that the customer is considered a fool! And of course I don't even feel guilty that the phone doesn't work!
