Non-professional employees, not solving problems
In Riga, UpTown, Zentenes Street 37, on 13. 10. 2020, a call was made to one of the apartments, where hot water flowed from the towel dryer. The RNP emergency service sent employees from Siltumserviss Riga, who were very unkind with a contemptuous attitude, turned off the hot water for all the apartments in the staircase on the right and on the left, but for the apartments in the middle due to their unprofessionalism and ignorance they turned off the hot water. both cold water, leaving several families (including with small children and infants), without any water supply 13. 10, 14. 10. (5-storey house, new Lithuanian project). The RNP was called at 14. 10 in the morning and told in detail about the situation, the problem was accepted by phone, and it was promised thatthat at least cold water will be connected at 14. 10 to those apartments for which both hot and cold water were disconnected due to incompetence. The call was made again to the RNP in the afternoon, the complaint was re-registered (telephone conversations were recorded), and the RNP employee claimed that "Siltumserviss Riga" was responsible for it.
