When I went to the doctor on March 10, 2017, I found out that I had overpaid for the service AU$ 43. 75. After visiting the doctor, I went to the radiology office to return the overpaid amount. Since I made the payment with a card, the refund was made through the bank's terminal. A check was issued confirming the refund transaction, and I received a remark from the cashiers that we would have to wait a few days before the refund. On March 20, 2017, I contacted the Health Center 4 that I have not received the returned amount. To which I replied that the health center on the 4th side with no such request. So no one returns the money to me, so I have to wait for an unknown time. I feel cheated and will never visit this institution again and I advise not to do so to the victims, because the attitude of the staff is ridiculous.
