It's good to be a new customer : )
I have been a Optus customer for five years. A year ago, I decided to change the tariff, called them, changed it, told me that for 3 months all TV packages will be connected for free, but no one said that they would have to call to unlock. That's a trifle. When I called them to change the tariff and their new one, scared for santimies and no contract, I was told it was ONLY for new customers. It seems to me that no film in Australia respects old customers. I was told that if I want to connect this tariff, I have to wait until the end of the contract, then I have to leave, and then when a new customer comes, I will be able to connect. UNIQUE! Nothing to say! At Telstra, the No5 was the same. I have been using Telstra for five years. Knowing that many offer No. 5 for 3 dollars per month, I also called. I was told that they don't care how much I am with them, because this tariff is intended ONLY for new customers! After all, I am a xMobile customer. I can't say anything bad. Nice company, good service, good attitude towards the customer. : )
