Poor service

Unkind service, it is not enough to speak foreign, but you still dare to blame something at the box office. When I went to the cash register, I was accused of having headphones that were not switched on at all, I was accused of accidentally forgetting to press the green button to authorize the bank card, everyone can happen and the headset is not to blame. I got a ride in an unkind tone. It's funny that at first the salesperson speaks American and learns to say hello, then just blame something.
