Brain castration for licenses when buying a computer
Hello, I wanted to leave a comment on the obvious policy of the AZ Electronics store regarding the sale of laptops. Going to this store, I applied for a specific model of laptop that I had seen before - one that fully meets my requirements, like a glove with a hand. And here began the most interesting - just as the seller looked at the product, learned that this particular computer model does not come with an operating system, it immediately sentences long morals, and a gypsy-worthy saying that "There will be problems with unlicensed software - register a computer, no guarantees, etc., etc. " During the conversation, we also had to hear some indirect insults, which were obviously directed at the person who will prepare this computer for work. In addition, the vendor did not even take into account the fact that a Windows 10 "Retail" license had already been purchased to prepare (install) the computer, which was previously simply used on my old computer, and continued to offer computers that do not meet my specification and already come with the same operating system. included. It seemed that the store's policy is to automatically consider all computer buyers (who do not purchase a computer, with an upcoming Windows license) as categorical offenders who will immediately run and install an illegally obtained copy of Windows. The possibility that free software - Linux Ubuntu (which does not require a paid license at all) or the like - could be installed on your computer is completely ruled out. As a result, after such attempts at naming, I decided to buy a computer elsewhere, and in the future, at least in terms of computer equipment, I will not buy anything in this store. As a customer of the store, I felt very uncomfortable and I believe that the seller's actions were very unprofessional. In the end, I went to the store, not to the interrogation and trial room. Thank you for your attention!
