I object to the title of pissed customer. I find that I don’t need this language to express myself. You are contributing to the overall cheapening of today’s language. If there is an advantage to you, it is not apparent.
No interest in the company, or even in the industry. Never gave them my details. Im now getting hammered with spam emails. I used the unsubscribe links and yet that changed nothing, days later Im still getting spam from the same address, really bad business practice, dont trust them.

I have tried to contact Brownstone research at their customer service number and get a “not a working number”. I then sent an email requesting a refund which I have had no response to.
